Reiki is a healing and spiritual practice that originated in Japan early in the last century, by Dr. Mikao Usui. Through the study and practice of reiki you will gain a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

What sets this course apart from most traditional reiki trainings is that I incorporate sound into everything that I do. I will be including a few sound protocols with this course; and I’ll also be sharing with students the sources of where I procure my sound tools, crystals and other helpful resources that will add to your reiki tool kit.

In reiki level one you will receive your first attunement (reiju) and have the ability to facilitate a reiki session for yourself, friends and family.

In this course you will learn:

• What is reiki?

• The history of reiki

• Reiki precepts

• Self-Care techniques (reiki for yourself)

• Chair protocol (reiki for others)

• Reiki principles and foundational practices

• Meditation techniques

• Deeper sense of inner knowing and tuning into your inner sound; answering the call from within.

• Become more grounded & experience an enhanced state of clarity and joy

• In addition to being a Reiki Master Teacher, I am also a certified sound practitioner. As an added bonus, I am including some of my favorite methods of incorporating sound into your own self-care routine; and best practices for using sound healing while facilitating a session for your friends and family. Crystal and Tonal alchemy are great ways to enhance a reiki experience.

Training will include: 8 hours of in-person classroom time and 14 hours outside classroom time that are required to receive certification for the course.

Breathwork and Sound Experience: Invoking Your Inner Light

Winter months are here, daylight is lessoning and nights are longer.  The breath can become a space, an inner sanctuary, an expansion of the soul. Truly a gift for you to find your inner glow.  This Breathwork and Sound Experience will allow to embrace the light within, while the light outside is darker.  Utilizing our own breath to reset the nervous system and the sound vibrations of the drum and other sacred sounds to travel deep.  Release, reset and rest.

A Sound and Reiki journey honoring the Autumn Equinox!
A time to celebrate the Sun and the light within us all.

Join us for an evening of honoring our harvest. Let us safely fall into ourselves, go within, release, express gratitude, and make space for what's to come.

You will be lead on a mediation focusing on release and returning into ourselves.

A meditative sound experience will follow with grounding elements of the drum and sacred vibrations of the gong. You will receive reiki blessings during this journey intentionally cleansing and raising your energetic vibration. This journey will restore your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Leaving you feeling rested and renewed.

Neon Calling by Beth Ricciardone is a journey, a transformational experience guided by way of practical alchemy. This practice is an assemblage of intention, sound vibrations, deep meditation, crystals, and reiki. Sacred sound tools include a crystal pyramid, gong, drum, tingshas and ritual ghanta bell. Beth is certified in gong and sound healing, kundalini yoga, and as a reiki master teacher. Stephanie Moreno, MA, ATR is a Holistic Art Therapist, Reiki practitioner and holder of space. As an integrative wellness practitioner Stephanie incorporates Reiki, meditation, ritual, coaching, spirituality, and creativity into her work.
