Each class begins with a one-on-one reiki attunement, (spiritual blessing) followed by a beautiful intention setting for the whole class.

Come prepared to lie comfortably on a yoga mat* and bring a favorite shawl or crystal to have with you.

The sounds of the these sacred instruments clear your energetic space, and your crystals will be renewed by being in the vibrations.

During the sound experience, the body, mind and spirit will be polished and refreshed; you will leave relaxed, grounded and recharged.
